Weekend 4 – Invisible Ink and the Periodic Puzzle Redux

So here are the puzzle pieces (link). Please play around with them. I’m only using through Neon this year, but each piece has the atomic number, atomic mass, ion charge, and electronegativity on it. Hydrogen and Helium are at the end of the sheet as well as a couple blanks. I usually steal one piece out and tell them another class lost it. When I give them a blank piece, they are usually quite accurate with the guesses for the properties of the missing element.

I’m interested to swap out the values with other ones, like melting point or density, and see what happens. Let me know if anyone tries it!
